These Terms of Service govern your use of MarriageEvidence.com and the Marriage Evidence document-organization product. Marriage Evidence is operated by Rubin Immigration LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Marriage Evidence does

Marriage Evidence helps users organize relationship photos and related information into a formatted PDF and editable Word document. The product provides organization, collaboration, formatting, storage, and export tools.

2. No legal advice

The Marriage Evidence service is a self-service document-organization product and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal conclusions. It does not determine whether a marriage is bona fide, whether particular evidence is sufficient, whether a filing is complete, or whether any immigration benefit will be approved.

3. Your responsibility for your content

You are responsible for the photos, names, dates, locations, descriptions, and other information you add. You should review your finished document before using it in any immigration filing or other official submission.

4. Accounts, saved projects, retention, and spouse access

You may begin a project without creating a traditional password-based account. If you save a project, purchase the complete package, or return from another device, Marriage Evidence may verify your email with a one-time sign-in link. If you invite a spouse or collaborator, you are responsible for granting that person access to the project.

If you save a project for later, you are responsible for maintaining access to and remembering the email address used to save the project. If you have not purchased the complete package, lose access to the browser or device where the project remains available, and cannot identify the email address used to save it, Marriage Evidence cannot recover that project. To protect private relationship evidence, we do not disclose saved-project account information based solely on names, project details, photographs, dates, locations, or similar evidence information.

Unsaved and unpaid projects are temporary and are deleted after approximately 72 hours without meaningful activity. Projects saved for later but not purchased are retained for 90 days from the date they are saved and are then deleted. Purchased projects do not have a routine expiration date while Marriage Evidence continues to operate the service. Their continued availability is subject to Section 7 below.

5. Payments and 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe. The current complete-package price is shown before checkout. Marriage Evidence offers a 100% no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on the complete package. If you are not satisfied, email support@marriageevidence.com within 7 days of purchase from, or identifying, the email used for the purchase and request a refund. No explanation or justification is required. We will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. This guarantee does not limit any refund rights that applicable law independently provides.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to another person's project, abuse upload or storage functionality, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

7. Availability, changes, and discontinuation

Marriage Evidence does not promise that the service, project hosting, or online access will be available indefinitely. Rubin Immigration LLC may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue Marriage Evidence or any feature, including project hosting. If we permanently discontinue project hosting, we intend to provide paid users with reasonable advance notice, ordinarily at least 90 days when practicable, and an opportunity during that period to access their projects and download available project data and exports. After the stated shutdown date, projects, uploaded photographs, event information, captions, settings, and other project content may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable. A purchase does not include perpetual hosting, perpetual storage, or a lifetime guarantee that Marriage Evidence will continue operating.

We may also update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by any government agency, court, attorney, filing system, or other third party.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marriage Evidence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, filing outcomes, or reliance on generated documents.
